Jane Bahneman

Blue Nectar Yoga Studio

Jane in her own words: Getting to know “me” means chatting it up about yoga eventually. My philosophy is pretty practical: arrive and practice for whatever reason got you there that day. Move, sweat, and forget (for the moment)! Everything necessary reveals itself in time. Quite simply, “it” is about commitment and showing up in everything you do, moving forward with awareness, and somehow learning from whatever gets handed to you along the way. My personal ‘style’ makes yoga fun while respecting the tradition. Hop inside your body and start the engine! I co-own Blue Nectar Yoga Studio in Falls Church, Virginia - I love building community and Lululemon does that so very well. My life path is to teach (many things, many ways), to explore connections with others, and to help... Read the profile >>

The competitive nature of CrossFit is what really drew her to it and she didn’t have to spend more than an hour in the gym! She didn’t even have to think about what she needed to do – it was all mapped out for the athletes. She thoroughly enjoys working out with a good group of people - which is a big part of CrossFit,...
