Shannon Grady, M.S. University of Florida, is a Sports Physiologist, massage therapist, runner, and triathlete. Health and fitness have always been a priority in her own life but working with others to help achieve their goals and potential is what drives her passions. Shannon has worked with many professional, Olympic, collegiate, high school, and recreational athletes in various sports but runners and triathletes are her speciality. She helps athletes in all areas of their sport from injury treatment to developing training and nutritional programs and coaching. By spreading health, fitness and wellness to others through community fundraisers, races, and training camps and clinics she encourages many to be active and maintain healthy lifestyles. Her goal is to raise awareness by educating those in the community to start making healthy decisions that will last a lifetime.

Shannon has always excelled in athletics, from being the top distance runner recruit out of high school to a collegiate all-American track athlete. After several years of professional running and developing GO! Athletics, her sports performance company, Shannon had a wonderful son. She then decided to pursue triathlon racing, and after her first year competing earned a spot on TeamUSA for the 2009 and 2010 ITU AG Sprint Triathlon World Championship placing top 10 in both competitions. Recently, she qualified for TeamUSA 2013 and her goal is to win the 2013 Sprint World Championships in London.
