Nathalie became serious about yoga while studying Indian Religion as an undergraduate. Ironically, it was the physical practice that brought depth and insight to the literature she was reading. The experience of yoga taught her how much the body is a vehicle for the mind, and for thought to flow, so must the body. Having studied Pilates for decades, pranakriya yoga with Yoganand, and Yin Yoga with Sitaramdas, Nathalie appreciates the varied ways in which we can "strengthen the container." It is our ever-evolving body, this container, which carries the mind and spirit on our journey through life. Nathalie is eternally grateful to her teachers and students for lighting the path.
