After finishing college Cheryl found fitness to be a great “hobby”. With a dance background and no real athletic ability – fitness classes really appealed to her. After the birth of her second son, she retired from her marketing gig but continued teaching fitness classes. As her boys entered school, Cheryl took on more classes at the gym and expanded both the types of classes she taught and where she taught them. Today Cheryl teaches step, pilates, barbell strength, bootcamp and strike (kick boxing) classes at two different fitness facilities. She has a wondeful, supportive family and hopes to teach for MANY years to come. Cheryl's... Read the profile >>

Rob Morgan

PR Fitness

In the fall of 2012, Rob finished his 15th and fastest road marathon to date. His passion for and love of distance running, however, was not born from years and years on the track or on the cross country team. After a youth filled with year round team sports, Rob’s participation dwindled as he transitioned to a career, a family, and graduate school. It took many years for Rob to experience the joy of running. A slow and purpose start, he found his way to his is first marathon finish in Chicago in 2000. The training and the event was such a great experience, Rob went back to Chicago again in 2001 and 2003. Following an injury filled season and a personal worst finishing time in 2003, Rob decided to retire from the distance. Fast forward to 2006, Rob was running for fun and injury... Sheri Rieli

Plymouth Yoga Room

I began practicing yoga from a fitness background, alternating between fitness routines and yoga classes. Until eventually my body started craving yoga, and I found myself wanting to practice on a daily basis. I immediately started noticing the benefits of a consistent yoga practice on my mat, as well as off my mat, bringing a sense of peace and balance to my personal life. Yoga has created a passion within me to share all the beautiful benefits of a steady yoga practice with others. When I started teaching yoga I quickly had the desire to teach in an environment with structure and consistency, so that I could watch the students grow within their own practice, allowing them to see & feel the many benefits as well. In 2009 along with my husband, Brent Rieli, we created a... Read the profile >>
