a day in the life of a strategic sales account manager
• Opportunity for potential field-based position or Vancouver SSC based position
• You will identify new strategic partners and develop brand building relationships in new and existing markets, while managing existing partnerships
• You lead market planning conversations with cross-functional partners in retail operations and community to support building strong communities and store performance in each of your markets
• You will provide retail training on product (EIT), VM, buying and sell through strategies
• You are a great coach and support our partners with their product orders and inventory management needs
• You are passionate about generously sharing our culture of goal setting, developing leaders and personal responsibility
• You process partners orders electronically and confidently track your sales, reporting on business trends
• You visit partners in market and enroll store teams in visiting and sweating at partner locations
• You ensure annual scorecard reviews are completed at your  partner locations
• You manage our brand integrity including pricing policy, web logo usage and other terms as laid out in the lululemon retailer agreement
• A/R management (as applicable)

• 3+ years experience in a relationship management or customer service role
• Post secondary education required in business administration or sales and marketing
• Willing and able to travel to the US to work with partners and lululemon stores once a quarter
• You have strong computer skills
• You are a great connector and love building relationships both internally and externally
• You love variety and are a master multi-tasker
• Experience as a lululemon educator is a strong asset
• You love to have fun and sweat
