Raw Materials Development Team
The Raw Material Developer is a technical fabric or trim developer who executes seasonal and long range developments cross functionally. They lead from a place of inquiry and apply reason and critical thinking to analyze and improve process and product offerings.  The Trim assistant will be supporting the operation of raw materials seasonally through managing assigned projects, deadlines, and deliverables that support the execution of on-time delivery of products to achieve company quality and profitability goals.  The candidate will work cross-functionally with Design, Development, while acting as the link to the Business Solutions team.

 

a day in the life of a Trim Assistant
•Creating SOPs and monitor the status of component testing to ensure the development is on-track to meet buy ready timelines.
•Maintain seasonal trims/specs to ensure all appropriate documentation is accurate, so to provide visual support to Design in a timely manner.
•Assist with the preparation of documents and samples needed to support deliverables in the seasonal calendar, and for smooth production hand-off to the LLO.
•Work within raw material vision to support business strategies, and assist with projects as requested.
•Work with testing facilities and accredited supplier labs to request and follow-up on developmental or bulk tests- Perform and document in-house wash testing of samples.

•Office Word/Excel wizard.
