We create WOM and build brand awareness in communities by sharing our best in the world technical product with key yoga and athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with yoga and fitness studios, athletic teams and entrepreneurs to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels. We generously share our culture of developing leaders, personal responsibility and goal setting to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness.


a day in the life of a community connector
• You work cross-functionally with your SSC and retail ops partners to support building brand awareness and market development by identifying new strategic partnerships and community event opportunities
• You provide retail training on product (EIT), VM, buying and sell through strategies to our partners
• You are a great coach and support our partners with their product orders and inventory management needs
• You complete annual scorecard reviews for each partner and participate in annual market planning
• You manage our brand integrity including pricing policy, web logo usage and other terms as laid out in the lululemon retailer agreement
• You are passionate about generously sharing our culture of goal setting, developing leaders and personal responsibility in your community
• You are responsible for participation in creating a strategic and tactical community plan for your region
• You work cross functionally with the international community manager
• You coordinate events and the community program including; product testing, ambassador program, team initiatives, design meetings and trunk shows
• You liaise and leverage relationships with key players in the athletic community
• You communicate key market information to the SSC


The finer print
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related subject
• 2-3 Years experience in community relations, marketing, sales or guest experience
• Experience as a lululemon educator is a strong asset
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• you love to have fun and sweat
